The GNC Race Team will accept one of the big challenges in virtual motorsports. The team will start at the 3 hours endurance race at the legendary Nurburgring Nordschleife, the “Green Hell“. Because of the fight with track itself is big enough, the team will start with a “slow” car. But the Renault Clio Maxi still has 230 hp which allows laptimes under ten minutes.

The car will be in the third of four divisions and also in the “little” SP3-class. But don´t expect a tea party the car has such a good handling to keep it up with sportscars like the Lotus Elise of the SP9-class. Read more »

After the team was not starting at the endurance race of VR last year, Thomas Nolden decided to started a one-man-show at the 12h of Aston. The 12h were no easygoing, but due to the slow and good-natured race cars, Thomas survived the race in a humanoid condition.

In the qualification Thomas set the #42 LFS XFR into the midfield and has some fights just in the beginning of the race with some drivers of the lower LFR class. Thomas was keeping a cool head and continued the race constantly, without mistakes and also fast.

But there comes another problem: The pit stops were extremly short, so there were no time for a much needed bio-break. We don´t know how Thomas managed that, but he continued the race and finished on a very good 17th place of 41 starters.  Read more »
